Luca Chang is a queer, trans Oakland-based therapist providing affirming, inclusive psychotherapy to high-performing adults and codependents stuck in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, and shame. Luca uses a combination of relational psychodynamic therapy, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and EMDR therapy to help people relearn how to relate to themselves and others in healthier, more sustainable ways. Luca sees people virtually all across California.
