Luca Chang is a queer, trans Oakland-based therapist providing affirming, inclusive psychotherapy to high-performing adults stuck in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, and shame. Luca uses a combination of relational psychodynamic therapy, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and EMDR therapy to help people get unstuck from deep-seated patterns. Luca sees people virtually all across California.
