Online Therapy throughout the SF Bay Area & California for LGBTQ+ Adults and Adult Children of Immigrants
With online therapy, you can still experience the benefits of the therapeutic relationship, tailored insight, and my warm, inviting presence from the comfort of your own home.
Online services are available to high-achieving, over-performing, and people-pleasing LGBTQ+ adults and adult children of immigrants across the state of California, including the San Francisco Bay Area, East Bay, San Jose, Los Angeles, and beyond.
We all benefit when there’s greater access to healing services.
With virtual therapy, you can settle into your internal world while tending to other needs that might not otherwise be possible in an office, like sitting with your heating pad, petting your beloved animal during session, or sipping a fun beverage from a beloved mug. My practice of honoring you where you are in your life—literally and emotionally—is felt through the screen.
For my neurodivergent, Covid cautious, and chronically ill and disabled clients, virtual therapy allows them the ease to take care of themselves without compromise.
For my high-achievers with busy schedules, online therapy gives them the flexibility to take an hour—sometimes the only hour—out of their day to regulate, rest, and return to themselves.
Whether you’re in Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or elsewhere in California, I offer LGBTQ+ adults and adult children of immigrants a warm, energizing, and engaging virtual space where all you have to do is bring yourself.

With online therapy, we meet through a secure video platform using the same link each week for ease and consistency. You have the flexibility to take these sessions wherever you are in California.
Whether we’re focusing on easing your anxiety or uncovering relationship challenges, you can expect the same level of emotional engagement, depth of insight, and playfulness from me regardless of meeting virtually or in person.

Online therapy has been shown by research to be just as effective as in-person therapy. Online therapy makes services more accessible to people living outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. For clients who don’t have access to public transportation or a car, who have a chronic illness or disability, who are Covid cautious, or who have busy schedules, online therapy is a more realistic and sustainable option to get the support they need. Many of my clients prefer online therapy simply because they can take their sessions from the privacy and comfort of their own homes.

Yes, the fee for virtual therapy and in-office therapy in Oakland are the same. My fee is $230 per 50-minute session.
